I feel proud to state that Balochistan is moving fast and progressing toward rapid industrialization. The emerging development will rank up the economics in the years to come. As a result of certain concrete steps taken by the Government of Balochistan to introduce structural reforms, simplify procedures, and development of reliable infrastructure resulted in the creation of an investment-friendly environment. Many Multinational and export-oriented industries are satisfactorily operating in Balochistan. The expected influx of local as well as foreign investment in the province of Balochistan will accelerate a steady growth in exports. 

The vision of ONE-WINDOW FACILITATION and EASE OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES of the Government of Balochistan and LIEDA are in complete harmony.

LIEDA offers potential investors an excellent and industrial-friendly environment in its industrial estates in District Lasbela. The relevant procedure for the lease of industrial plots and utility connections is very simple and time-saving. The expert team of LIEDA is always available to guide the investors.

Due to cheaper land rates offered by LIEDA and its strategic location, in proximity to the port city of Karachi, all industrial estates of LIEDA in district Hub & Lasbela are most feasible for the establishment of industries. Besides, the cost of executing business is one of the most competitive.
