Lasbela Industrial Estates Development Authority (LIEDA) is an autonomous body established vide an Ordinance No. IX of 1984 under the Industries & Commerce Department notified by the Government of Balochistan, Law Department notification No.Legis.1-74/LAW/83 dated September 26th, 1984 with the sole task to promote industrialization at District Lasbela particularly and in Balochistan in general.

Lasbela Industrial Estates Development Authorityis an autonomous body under Industries & Commerce Department, Government of Balochistan. Its Managing Director is the full time Principal Executive appointed by the Government of Balochistan. Headquarter of the Authority is situated in a beautiful double storey building built at the entrance of Hub Industrial Trading Estate. The total number of permanent staff including officers working in the Authority, at present is 261.
